Our four slice toaster broke again. These pictures show disassembly and the repair. This time it was the center section on the left side. The wires expand a lot when they get hot. They contract when they cool. This expansion and contraction takes its toll and a wire finally broke. I was able to feed the wire through a hole and wrap it on the other side to complete the connection. I did a similar repair about a year ago on the left most heater element.
