| The big question always in my mind as I started the design process was
      where was our property line and where were the set backs? Would the
      design even fit within the set backs? I finally simply had to know so I
      contacted TAJ Engineering out of Lowell, MA on Oct 29, 2022. I hired them
      to make a certified plot plan of our property for $3k. It took until Dec
      16, 2022 to finally get the plot plan. Once I had it I incorporated the
      plan into my design software and finally knew for certain that my design
      would fit within the set backs. The back right corner of the garage is
      the determining point. It needs to be at least 10 feet from the property
      line. My design gives 11 feet just to have some margin. The image
      showing the design on the plot plan is a from earlier design 36, but
      it is very close to the final. The other images are from the City of
      Nashua's GIS portal and some older documents I got somewhere long ago.
